Self-reliance
Good Neighbors believes in empowering people to create change. We think people are capable of leading community development in a sustainable way, if shown the right tools.
We assist in the establishment and operation of social enterprises and cooperatives, creating opportunities for economic independence and improving social goals.
- Participatory and diverse
- Community-based
Solidarity
Families get involved in their own businesses and cooperation between members tends to increase.
When they see the results from their efforts, the community naturally aim to achieve greater goals.
Fair wages, good work environment
Members receive training according to their different needs like production, sales and customer services. We also help secure new sales channels and do quality checks to ensure products will stay competitive in the market.
