Self-reliance

Good Neighbors believes in empowering people to create change. We think people are capable of leading community development in a sustainable way, if shown the right tools.

We assist in the establishment and operation of social enterprises and cooperatives, creating opportunities for economic independence and improving social goals.

  • Participatory and diverse
  • Community-based

Solidarity

Families get involved in their own businesses and cooperation between members tends to increase.

When they see the results from their efforts, the community naturally aim to achieve greater goals.

Eco-friendly solutions

Good Neighbors operates businesses in various industries, such as agriculture, textile and energy.

Mongolia, for example, suffers from extremely cold weather and people spend about 45% of their income on fuel to keep their houses warm in winter.

The social enterprise Good Sharing provides fuel-saving solutions like the G-saver, laundry services and eco-friendly products.
