Webinar: industry experts discuss gender equity and women's health

This Friday, three special guests in the humanitarian sector will be talking about period poverty, educational programs in menstrual health, and women's rights.

Join our online seminar via Zoom on December 16, at 10 am, to hear directly from those who are actively working for gender equity, and learn more about the challenges women and girls around the world face.

Speakers:
• Elise Sohmbella, Operations Department (OD) Director at Good Neighbors Cameroon, discusses the Better Life for Girls program, which supports menstrual health education and provides sanitary materials.

• Richard Luwaga, OD staff at Good Neighbors Uganda, discusses girl ambassadors and youth education programs.

• Dr. Vida Shehada, Professor of the International Development Program at Centennial College, discusses women and human rights.

• Q&A session.

Tickets are free, but pay-as-you-feel donations are welcomed. 100% of donations will go towards Better Life for Girls, our menstrual health management program.
