Pumpkin Spice Virtual 5K

Join us this October from anywhere in Canada: you will have the whole month to complete a 5K in any way you want. Registrations are being done through the Running Room website.

Go for a walk around the neighbourhood, hit the trails, or jump on a treadmill. Even cycling counts for this event! That’s the beauty of a virtual event. Whatever you pick, keep moving to spice up your Fall.

Proceeds from the run will go to our Wishing Well Project in Zambia, part of our Good Water initiatives.

Every participant receives:

– an entry to run the Pumpkin Spice Virtual 5K;
– a finisher medal;
– an official race mug;

Prices

You can register individually or as a team.

Early bird registration is $25 per person. After August 15, the price will be $30 per person.

Teams can have six people in total. Our sliding-scale team system allows the first three people to pay $25 each for an early bird registration. Additional members pay $7 each. After August 15, the first three people in a team will pay $30 per person. Additional members pay $10 each.
