For the Pumpkin Spice Virtual 5K, all activities are welcome and you are in charge of the fun! Set your personal goal and pick your favourite exercise. Wanna swim? Sure! Prefer to go on a horseback ride? Awesome! Decided to moonwalk? Please send us a video!⠀⠀
You can even do a different activity each day (you don’t need to complete 5K all at once, you have the whole month of October).⠀
We are now selling the second tier for $30 per person. Proceeds go to our Wishing Well project.

It takes children in rural areas an average of 4 hours to collect water for their families. While their parents are out trying to make a living, these kids are sacrificing their time in class to look for water that is often contaminated.
